Pomegranate & Cranberry Whisky Sour
INGREDIENTS & HOW TO MAKE
50ml Lindores Whisky
25ml lime juice
30ml cranberry juice
10ml pomegranate syrup
10ml Aquafaba & fresh pomegranate seeds.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Hard shake and strain into an ice filled rocks glass, and garnish.
Fig & Walnut Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS & HOW TO MAKE
60ml Lindores Whisky
20ml date and fig syrup
3 dashes of walnut bitters
Garnished with orange peel and wedge of fresh fig
Add all ingredients to a stirring glass with ice. Stir down and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with orange zest oils, orange peel and a wedge of fresh fig.
Lindores Yule Mule
INGREDIENTS & HOW TO MAKE
50ml Lindores Whisky
20ml fresh lime juice
Dash of angostura bitters
Top with ginger beer. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint
Lindores Lost Orchard
INGREDIENTS & HOW TO MAKE
50ml Lindores Whisky
30ml cloudy apple and pear juice
10ml fresh lemon juice
10ml honey and cinnamon syrup
5ml aquafaba
Mint leaf
Hard shake and double strain into a coupe glass, garnish with single mint leaf or dehydrated apple slice.

For a really unique Christmas experience, you could buy the spirit lover in your life an Apothecary Experience.
Long before pharmacies and doctors, we relied upon an Apothecary. These learned individuals studied the health giving benefits of herbs and spices and more often than not studied the arts of distillation. Should you have taken ill 500 years ago, you’d seek out the Apothecary at the local monastery who would prescribe a tincture made of herb, spice or fruit to cure your ailments.
Today you can sit in a modern recreation of an Apothecary here at Lindores and skilfully blend a range of curious tinctures to create your very own, unique Aqua Vitae. Once your spirit is bottled, you need to come up with a name for you creation, and we will then label and date your Spirit, as well as note in down for posterity in our leather bound Distillery recipe book. You can then take your spirit home and let all your friends and family sample it!
Similar to blending whisky or creating a gin, our Apothecary Experiences are one of a kind workshops, that take you right back to the ancient arts of distillation.
