In May, we will once again celebrate another year of whisky making at the Spiritual Home of Scotch Whisky at our Bear Burning ceremony.

The Bear Burning 2026, Saturday 9th May: The event will start at 4pm and concludes at 9pm. As well as a welcome drink, we will also have a delicious BBQ (with vegetarian/vegan options available) along with a variety of live music acts, talks from our local farmer and Aipple Cider producer, distillery tours throughout the evening, Highland Games in the Abbey Ruins and three different bars open for drinks. The evening will be rounded off with the amazing spectacle of the Bear Burning!
